Inputs
In Python, inputs that are objects can be passed either as argument classes or as dictionary literals.
The SqlPoolWorkloadGroup resource accepts the following input properties:
- MaxResource intPercent 
- The workload group cap percentage resource.
- MinResource intPercent 
- The workload group minimum percentage resource.
- SqlPool stringId 
- The ID of the Synapse SQL Pool. Changing this forces a new Synapse SQL Pool Workload Group to be created.
- Importance string
- The workload group importance level. Defaults to normal.
