Inputs
In Python, inputs that are objects can be passed either as argument classes or as dictionary literals.
The NetworkProfile resource accepts the following input properties:

- The data throughput rate in bits per second, as an integer from 0to104857600. Default value is104857600.

Using pulumi import, import DeviceFarm Network Profiles using their ARN. For example:
